Potent Retinol Serum is best mixed into an O Cosmedics Hydrator.
Simply mix equal amount of Potent Retinol and your chosen hydrator and apply to your face and neck.
Begin with use every third of fourth evening and slowly build use to every evening or every second evening. If skin starts to feel itchy, tight or a little sensitive, stop for a couple of nights and then resume application.
